Q. How can I ensure my transaction is safe and secure.

Our whole website is fully encrypted to the highest global standards to protect you.  Each and every page of our site is secure using 128 bit SSL technology so that you can shop with 100% confidence that you transaction is safe and secure as displayed with the padlock symbol that appears just before the URL.

Q. Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is complete. You will be provided with a reference number, please keep this safe as you will need it for any future correspondence.  Once you have placed your order you will also see an order summary on screen which you can save or print also.

Q. How will my item be engraved?

Our professional engravers use state of the art precision machinery, all our engraving is done using a diamond tipped stylus giving you smooth photo graduations, logos and text.

Our professional engravers will ensure you get the best quality image engraved onto your item, the size of text maybe reduced if combing text with an image.

Ensure that you get the content and spelling of your message right as we will not be held responsible if you send us any spelling mistakes.  Our Engravers will then lay the message out to give you the best result.

Can you accommodate special requests?

Yes on many of our products we can make use different fonts or make names larger than the rest of the text for example.  Just drop us an e-mail or call our sales office to discuss any specific requests and we will be more than happy to do what we can to make you gift how you would like it. 

Q. When will you dispatch my order?

Our standard despatch time is 3-5 working days but we also offer an express next day service on many items.

Q. Do you offer a next day delivery service?

We do offer an Express Next Day service and also a Saturday Delivery service at an additional cost.  For this service just call our sales office on the number displayed at the top of the page.

Q. Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally. The standard delivery charges are as follows:

·         The EU + £14.99

·         ROW + £14.99

Q. What do I do if I would like my purchase gift wrapped?

Each item can be individually gift wrapped for an additional charge.  When ordering an item, select the gift wrap option and your item will be delivered professionally gift wrapped for you.

Q. What if the item I want to order is out of stock?

Our website will tell you if an item is out of stock when you place your order, we make every effort to make sure our website is accurate and up to date if for any reason we cannot complete your order we will contact you.

Q. How do I pay for my gifts?

There are various ways of making payment:

  • Pay via our online payment system. When you make your purchase you will be directed to a secure connection - goods will be dispatched on receipt of cleared payment.
  • Request a call back and make your payment over the phone with Debit or Credit Card.

 

Q. Do you engrave logos or pictures?

Yes we do on various items. If this option is available on a product it will be detailed in the individual descriptions or there will be the option to upload a logo or symbol in the product option.  If you are not sure just call us on the number at the top of the site and we can advise further.

Q. How do I send my photo?

When placing your order via our website you will be asked to upload your image after adding an item to your shopping bag.

Please send your photo as a file attachment in JPEG format but we can also accept TIF, GIF and Bitmap

Q. What are working days for The Engraved Gifts Company?

Working days are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm GMT.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order you need to tell us within 24 hours of you placing the order, however, if your order has already been engraved cancellations will not be accepted.
