For express orders placed before midday, we aim to dispatch the same working day. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following working day. These time frames depend on the production lead time for each product. For example; some personalised items (such as ceramics) have a 1-2 day lead time. In such cases express orders will be dispatched on a next day postal service once your order is ready.
